30 Minute Indoor Cycle Class, High Intensity training to get you results fast in the least amount of time possible. 

Metafit is a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in. 

It is only thirty minutes long, but you will train hard the entire time. It is suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own abilities.

 

Our Bootcamps are a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns! EVERYTHING THE BODY NEEDS in a 45 minute session.  Weather will determine if the sessions are run indoors or outside in the functional area.
